“Emotional eating” is a fairly common issue for both men and women in the 21st Century. If you eat in response to your feelings, especially when you are not actually hungry, you are an emotional eater. This means that you let your emotions – not your body – dictate when and how much you eat. When one goes on a “diet,” the focus of the “problem” is spotlighted as FOOD. Interestingly enough, FOOD DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT. If it did, everyone who put food in their mouth would be overweight!
What needs to shift is your RELATIONSHIP with food.
There are 3 completely different types of hunger: physical body hunger, emotional mind hunger, and clock-dictated hunger.
