What do you think of when I say the word “failure?”
Unfortunately, our culture looks at failure as a negative. Actually, failure is a positive tool for learning how NOT to do something. How many times have you felt you have failed when you gained the weight back after dieting? If you did not feel that you “failed” on a diet, you would not be seeking out a different option. Therefore, our “failures” with diets helped to create an awareness of what NOT to do again.
I will leave you with this thought for the day: you have not failed on diets…diets have failed you.
